Acknowledgments and Disclaimer: The fate of no one historical was changed by the making of this comic. Inuyasha-tachi belong to Takahashi Rumiko and everyone she has sold them to. This is a mostly nonprofit fan work that I’m really slowly putting too much work into because I'm a pathetic period-accuracy purist. All historical inaccuracies are the fault of myself--some deliberate, the rest out of ignorance. There is only so much time a girl can put into research for a fan project. Many thanks to the beta group for their help and suggestions.

    Thanks for recommending the stock sites for fabrics! Love the character designs for the daughters and sandy, speckled texture just makes you feel like you’re reading this off an ancient scroll.

    The fabric is simply gorgeous! The elder daughter’s flying-cranes motif in particular is lovely, and I adore the dog-in-clouds design on the younger’s kimono.

      I’m so glad you can see the dog-pattern, since I worked quite hard on it. 🙂 I’ll be using it again, so it was worth it.

    And for the life of me I can’t remember what Tsukiko’s hanyou trait was (she’s the older daughter, right?).

      Yep, Tsukiko can only be detected as hanyou by her smell, or the feel of her youki. And her day of the month, of course. 😉

    I’m always amazed whenever you release more of these, but the sleeve with the cranes is just plain amazing. I think I stared at it for a good thirty seconds, just thinking “pretty.” Sesshoumaru’s scowl is perfect, too – I love how you portray him. And just the style in general… *realizes she’s ranting* To sum up: Well Done.

    I feel like I’ve been waiting forEVER for an update on this (a watched pot never boils, etc), and you can’t imagine how happy I was to receive the update notification. I dropped what I was doing and immediately ran to look. ^_^

    PS: The random huge green feet in the background are kind of hilarious – I love them. ^_^

    You know, I’m not even that big of a fan of Inuyasha and I love this. You definitely have an eye for the Dramatic Sweeping Panshots of Sesshomaru*’s back. 🙂 Also, particular love for his rather… er… motley crew at the castle.
